Within our possibilities and limited economic capacities, YURTA Association has developed and continues to develop activities of various kinds aimed at providing support to nomadic-tradition communities. In the urban context, we do research activity through visual and written documents, we write articles, reports and books and create audiovisuals documents and artworks. On the field we carry out anthropological research campaigns, whose data are later used to design projects, of which we implement some. In the international arena, we participate in forums, meetings and other related events, collaborating with indigenous communities, civil society organizations and official institutions with interest of protecting mobile indigenous peoples and their ecosystems.
